Folded sheet, 320 X 120 mm., written on pages 1 & 2, and listing 12 writings, dating from July 20 1680 to [December?] 1676, frayed at edges and with damage to one part of the fore-margin affecting a couple of words. [Elswick has references to mining from 1630. The document refers to the various writings but these are not with it].
