This is the first volume under this title originally published in October, 1961. This is the sixth printing May, 1964. Over-sized hardbound (quarto). No wear to the binding, but the mostly white cloth binding is stained (probably cooking stains). The front hinge shows a split but is still strong. Pages tight clean no marks, no stains. Both books are like new with slightest spot on outer page edges, volume 1 spine ever so slightly tanned, no jacket. Volume 2 cover is like new, jacket has slightest wear, 12.50 price. Selling for relatively low price due to Volume 1 lacking the jacket.
