Collated complete.Bound in full calf.This work features a collection of poetry by Scottish poet and philosopher James Beattie. The work features one of Beattie's most popular poems, 'The Minstrel', which is one of the earliest examples of work from the Romantic movement and tells a story of a poet and the effect that nature has on him. Bound in full calf. Externally sound with front joint starting to the head, rubbing to the joints, fading to the spine, slight marks to the boards and minimal wear and bumping to the extremities of the boards.
