8vo, pp. 272. Original light and dark blue boards, lettered and lined in gilt to front panel and spine. Illustrated dust jacket. Author's photographic portrait to rear panel. Offsetting to endpapers, text block a little age-toned, but a very good copy in a very good dust jacket, a couple of small closed tears and with some wear to head of spine. First edition, INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR: 'To Charles A. ?Howorth - with all good wishes - Jack Kofoed. Compliments of Joe H. Adams'. A pen portrait of Miami and its denizens by this journalist and author better known for the sports and crime stories he wrote for a legion of American pulp magazines.
