Continuously revised, updated and expanded since publication of the first edition in 1968, the new fourth edition of the Multilingual Dictionary comprises in excess of 1,200 giving scientific names and in English and French, the local names and usage with an indication of methods of processing and marketing.The equivalent of these items is then given in the 16 other languages wherever possible. The second section of the Dictionary comprises separate indicies for scientific names.With the addition of two new languages the fourth edition now covers fish and fish products in : Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Icelanic, Italian, Japanese, Nowegian, Polish, Portugese, Russian, Serbo-Croat, SPanish, Swedish, and Turkish.
