Light browning, marbled e.ps., contemporary calf, minor marking and wear, joints cracking with loss to lower joint of vol. 1., intricate gilt tooled spines with loss to heads and tails, with gilt lettered title labels and lacking volume number labels. Upcott: p.xxv; ESTC T145693 ‘Vol. 1 is dated 1777; vol. 2 is dated 1776. Each volume has an additional engraved titlepage dated 1776.
