Foxing to the margins of the front and rear covers. Interior clean. 20 pages, stapled in the upper-left corner, with illustrations including the covers. First printing of the Third Edition of the Guide, published as a special edition for distribution at the Fan History Room at Torcon II, the 31st World Science Fiction Convention. Limitation number not indicated but other editions have been limited to 1,000 copies or less. Likely, this edition also had a limited distribution. Very scarce.
