pp. 428, (iv) Subscriber's List. Frontispiece, 35 plates and map of the Holy Land, all copper-engraved. Later diced calf, raised bands and spine label, marbled end-papers, with the triangular binder's ticket of JEFFERIES & SON, STYLE, BRISTOL, in the inner lower corner of the front board, book-plate of E. A. RAVENHILL, a little rubbing of the spine edges, a small patch of surface abrasion on the lower corner of the rear board, a few small snags and scratches, else a very nice copy. *This binder is not listed in the COLLINS COLLECTION CATALOGUE at the British Library. RAMSDEN notes that the earliest date for his work is c.1840.
