About this Item
Probably post-war due to its stark Soviet style. Dished, two-coloured enamel sign, orange-red background with lettering and thin border in white, 400 x 300 mm with original fixing holes in each corner. One corner and edges partially chipped otherwise virtually blemish-free. The sign features a representation of the Prague Exhibition Palace (Veletrzni Palac - now the National Gallery) building and a stylised coat-of-arms of the city of Prague, surmounted by the letters PVV (Prazsky Vzorkovy Veletrh), with the text below.
