4-15/16" x 8", iv + 317pp + 1p publisher's advertising. Includes the author's "Reply to a "Review" of This Book" as an addendum, which page has been erroneously printed & bound in twice. Printed on acidic groundwood paper and perfect bound in varnished printed card stock cover. Silverfish damage to fore edge of front cover. Otherwise, minor shelf wear to cover. Binding is square and tight. Previous owner's name in light pencil on title page. Pages are tanned but clean and unmarked. Appears to be an unread copy.

Canada's oldest independent bookstore, the People's Co-operative Bookstore Association was formed in 1945 by a broad coalition of Vancouver's progressive movements, from trade unionists and Marxists to social democrats and Christian social justice activists. Owned and operated by its member-shareholders, it is a registered co-op operating under the Co-operative Associations Act of British Columbia. Anyone can join. Since 1983, the People's Co-op Bookstore has been located at 1391 Commercial, in the heart of Commercial Drive. Open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week, the People's Co-op offers a selection of 20,000 new and used books at its brick and mortar location, with a selection of specialized and uncommon books listed on our Abebooks account.
