The cartoon style design above the title text features a black and white illustration of a bellboy / bell hop delivering a wreath that reads Good Luck on it and bouquets of flowers with notes reading: Magnificent Bravo! USA and Heartfelt Admiration From Britain to a lady holding a rifle gun standing next to armed soldiers in uniform and bandages and civilians in a trench below the text above: Thanks, comrade - but I'd rather it were something to fight with.
