Translated from the last German edition, with an introductory essay by the Rev J H Merle d'Aubigne Volume I, lv introductory essay, 633pp, Volume II illustrated with black & white plates with tissues, some foxing to these and prelims but text pages appear clean and crisp, red stippled edges, spotting to rear endpapers, half grained brown cloth boards(a little wrinkled) with black leather spine, gilt spine lettering and decoration, leather a little rubbed at the edges, front hinge of both volumes starting to crack at the prelims, rear hinge of I also starting to crack, binding still feels firm. Size: 8.75 X 5.5 Inches.

Parking is easy in the Market Square. Disabled access available. Opening hours: We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm excluding bank holidays US Customs may now review all UK origin shipments. We ship books under HS CODE 4901.99.00 which remain duty free, though some US states may apply sales tax or handling charges.
