Frosterley to front f.e.p., gilt lettered roan, extremities rubbed, minor marking, split to tail of upper joint. From the Library of P. A. Martin a noted researcher historically associated with the Process Research Department at Allied Breweries (Production) Limited located on Station Street in Burton-on-Trent. He is well-known in brewing science and microbiology literature for his work during the 1970s and 1980s regarding yeast flocculation, finings, and the vitamin nutrition and status of Zymomonas species.
