This manual/book was written shortly after the inception of the Church's new comprehensive welfare program had been instituted. The book was prepared under the direction of the Quorum of the Twelve. The Preface was written by Rudger Clawson, President of the Council of the Twelve.; 6" x 8"; 304 pages; Good has is marked Otherwise nice and clean. Overall good condition.
