Sm. 8vo, pp. [iv], 184, engr. frontis. with the four cardinal directions and an illustration of palmistry, pages 106-107 are on a folded leaf, page 108 is printed on the recto of a folded leaf only, pages 115-118 are printed on folding leaves, K1 and K2 bound after M3, a few ms. corrections and a few page numbers cropped, cont. half calf, marbled boards, couple of minor wormholes in the joints, a pleasant copy. Pages 175-184 contain the contribution in verse by Helbach Wendelin. The Macclesfield copy. [A rare schoolbook. COPAC records only the NLS copy in the UK. OCLC records 7 copies, mainly in Europe.
