'Reprinted by Permission' on title-page, and 'First published in the "St James Gazette."' on first page of text, which is headed 'Reminiscences and Reflections | (Revised).' [.]' He considers that 'Liberal England and Liberal Scotland' are 'fouled in the meshes of one perverted intellect.
