About the Author

Janice Dulak is a Level Two Pilates instructor, one of only a handful to achieve this certifcation and, as such, is considered a second generation Pilates instructor, training teachers from around the world. A dressage rider herself, Dulak is also a popular clinician, helping dressage riders find harmony and partnership with their horses through her work.
