BOUND BY HYMAN ZUCKER OF PHILADELPHIA. Collected Edition. Two volumes. 8vo. [190 x 125 x 58 mm]. [1]f, xiv, 248, [2] pp; xi, [i], 277, [1] pp. Contemporary binding by H. Zucker of Philadelphia of green goatskin, the covers tooled in gilt with a border of two double and two single fillets, small stars and a dart in the corners. The spines divided into six panels with raised bands and gilt compartments, lettered in the second and fourth and dated at the foot, the others tooled with fillets and sprigs, the edges of the boards tooled with a gilt fillet, the turn-ins and matching inside joints tooled with a gilt roll, fillets, scrolls and fronds, and with a square red goatskin onlay in the corners tooled with a rose on a studded background, tan silk doublures and endleaves, gilt edges. (Spines a little faded). A fine copy of a handsome edition of the works of the Philadelphia poet Florence Earle Coates (1850-1927). In a fine binding by the Hyman Zucker, who is recorded as a printer at 710 Sansom Street (Jewelers Row) in Philadelphia.
