About the Author

ISA HERRERA, C.S.C.S., is a multicertified medical exercise specialist based in New York City. She started her own company, Fitness Help�, in 1995 after she left her senior trainer position at the Reebok Sports Club in New York. Herrera has designed two unique exercise programs for clients during and after pregnancy: the Maternal Body Strength program and the Maternal SPA (Strength Training Plus Aerobics).
