About the Author
The Lessons-from-History series was developed by Mark Kozak-Holland, PMP, IPMA-D. Mark is very passionate about history and sees its potential use as an education tool in business today. Mark is a Project Manager and a Senior Business Consultant (certified in the Consultant Profession). Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
