Two decorative volumes bound in full leather with 4 raised bands to spine, all page edges gilt though dulled still glinting. Miniature prayer book (1834 ) and scripture lessons (1835) in the tiniest text all in double columns for which you will need your glasses . It never ceases to amaze me the the amount of craftsmanship that goes into these tiny treasures; with these its the lattice work patterns which have been made onto the leather covers. Previous owners inscription dated 1835 inside the Lessons ; otherwise both books clean and all pages tight within binding. Prayer book has some rubbing to spine edge.
