Original coloured wrappers; sewn at the spine with title lettering to front wrappers; each work accompanied by an original envelope. Housed in a brown cloth folding case; a complete fine set. Rare first editions, only printings. A fine and complete set of the Prose Poems of H.P. Lovecraft. Each title is numbered 6 from a limited run of 125 copies (of which 6 are lettered, 99 numbered) presented in a collecters case with the original envelopes in perfect conditions. The Miskatonic Editions formed part of a delicate series of chapbooks issued in small quantity by Roy A. Squires, literary executor for the writer Clark Ashton Smith, between 1962 and 1979. The series was named after the fictional Miskatonic University in Lovecraft's imaginary town of Arkham, Essex County, Massachusetts. Seller Inventory # 2121130
