The Purpose Driven Disciple

Genuine disciples of Christ must be passionate about what drives them. They will not succumb to being driven by worldly affairs, personalities, egos, status in the community, or programs or events in the church that seek to divert their attention from the goal of being a genuine disciple. For a church to please God, it must develop the driving intensity of the ministry as it reflects on the Great Commission in Matt 28:18-20, establishing purpose driven disciples who grow spiritually, remain healthy, and focus on building the kingdom of God. When disciples are intentional about growing and maturing, they will pray, study, and seek the presence of the Holy Spirit for a greater anointing to become a greater witness for Christ. This book aims to experience God through fellowship and relationship. The Purpose Driven Disciple strives for a strategy of serving through love, growing through teaching, deepening their faith through stewardship, and being passionate through commitment. The purpose driven life is the benchmark for growing deeper through Wisdom Pearls. Inspired by A. W. Tozer's principles, Turner's zeal is to make every moment count.
