pp. (ii), iv, vii (Subscribers List), (i) blank, 134 (with catchword 'To' on p.134 thus apparently lacking one more leaf; pagination skips from p.116 to p.125 lacking all between but text complete). In modern half calf and marbled boards, uncut, top corner of title with name removed and repaired, old, faded damp marks in lower gutter of the first seven leaves, similar marking in the fore-edge margins from p.111 to the end, small ink mark on p.iii, the stubs of two cancels between pp.112 and 113.
