All books are guaranteed as described including the authenticity of material and inscriptions. All items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order or sale for any reason and acceptance of an offer to purchase shall only be made when the good has been actually shipped by us. Shipping times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to ship once weekly.

All purchases from and transactions with us are governed exclusively by the internal substantive laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. Buyer agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts sitting in Hennepin County, Minnesota for any and all disputes with and claims against us. Buyer agrees that, on behalf of itself and all third parties, our total aggregate liability arising out of any purchase, sale, or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the good; such limitation shall apply even if the agreement fails of its essential purpose.

Please note that we do not perform any appraisals. Any evaluation or offer made by us is not, and shall not be construed as, an appraisal.

Return Policy
All items are guaranteed as described and can be returned for any reason when initiated within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, through prior arrangement, in original condition, packed and shipped appropriately, and with insurance at full sale price. Unless books are not as described or were damaged in transit, all return postage / shipping to be paid by buyer. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in satisfactory condition.

Shipping
Items will be shipped fully insured. Items over $100 may require signature confirmation upon delivery. International shipping rates are estimated and may require an adjustment. Adjusted rates will be quoted via email before purchase confirmation.
