Miniature Books, pp. 129-130 - 'A miniature volume of outstanding quality is Rules and Instructions. It was first published by Hamilton, Adams and Co., London, 1833, has 60 pages, a wood-engraved half-title by O. Jewitt, and measures 2½ by 1 3/8 inches. It is excellently printed by T. Combe and Company in Leicester and was bound in green or blue watered silk with gilt edges. Other editions we have seen are dated 1835 and 1838.'.…
