" Revised and amended by a committee of teachers appointed the 25th day of April 1819, and approved at a quarterly meeting of teachers, the 26th day of August, 1821. Revised and amended by a committee appointed, and approved at a quarterly meeting of the teachers, Nov. 29, 1846. Further revised and amended by a committee, appointed, and approved at a quarterly meeting of the teachers, Oct. 8, 1868 ".
