Founded by Patrick Marrin's father George in 1946, Marrin's Bookshop has been based in its current Folkestone location since 1963. Patrick has worked in bookselling since 1970. As well as rare antiquarian books, maps and prints, the stock includes a wide range of literature, library sets, travel, history and illustrated books in all fields. We also offer a bookbinding and restoration service. Visitors to the shop are welcome and we exhibit at UK book fairs. All entries have been thoroughly researched using the relevant bibliographies and British Library catalogue, DNB, COPAC etc. Any item found to vary from the described state may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Postage is extra and overseas customers please state your preference as to air or surface mail. Payment may be made by cheque, Visa or Mastercard or any debit card, Credit or Debit is preferred, or by Sterling transfer to our UK bank account.
