Second edition, 1968, of book originally published in 1848. Octavo, pp xxiv, 416. Bound in green cloth covered hard boards and in the publisher's original dust jacket which has been price clipped. The book has a previous owner's bookplate to the front paste-down and impression marks in the top corner of the ffep where a previous bookseller wrote too heavily, otherwise in fine condition. The jacket is clean, bright and fine other than the clip noted above. Overall a Near Fine book in Fine condition jacket.
