Ms. Dver also writes special sections for BusinessWeek on topics including the Real Time Enterprise (RTE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She has been published in several journals including ABA Bank Marketing, CRMCommunity.com, AFP Exchange, CUNA Magazine and Sales- Advertising-Marketing (SAM) Magazine. She is frequently quoted in the media and is a requested speaker at trade conferences, professional associations, business schools and customer events and has been featured on American Airlines in-flight audio program.
Dver teaches software Product Management and related topics at Boston-area business schools and she provides business consulting to small and mid-sized companies. Ms. Dver graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a major in Marketing.
