pp. xiii, (i), 315, (i). 41 text illustrations. A very good copy, lengthy inscription from Ross to MACDONALD CRITCHLEY - 'To Dr. Macdonald Critchley. You said after rounds, one day in 1951 (a Tuesday I believe), all young neurologists should translate a book to ensure fame & disseminated (sic) their name. All else has produced mediocre results, and although no longer young I thought I would have a shot at it. You are the real instigator of this book - please accept my best wishes & highest regards.
