She has been involved in large-scale curriculum development projects and organizational change initiatives involving process redesign and the implementation of new technology.

Salvatore V. Falletta is a manager for the measurement and impact analysis group within Intel University and Business Practices Network at Intel Corporation. He is currently leading Intel's global employee survey and organizational assessment initiatives, evaluation and impact analysis projects and organizational performance indicators.
