Publication date is an estimate; none given. 5-5/8" x 8-11/16", 106pp incl. prelims + 40pp photographic reproductions in coated stock distributed throughout the book. Printed on acidic paper and bound in sewn signatures in green buckram boards with design and title block screened in black on front panel and spine. Moderate edge wear / chipping, soiling, shelf wear to jacket. Minor edge wear to boards, and the corners are slightly bumped. Pages are clean and unmarked.

Owned and operated by its member-shareholders, it is a registered co-op operating under the Co-operative Associations Act of British Columbia. Anyone can join.
