Item description from seller

The beloved satirist (co-author of the `Mrs. Wilson's Diary' and later `Dear Bill' columns in "Private Eye" magazine) and actor offers two synopses for a proposed book to be entitled `Where We Went Wrong: The author intends to "draw on a vast reservoir of information . . . most of it inaccurate" to tell the true story of the 20th. century. Unfortunately the plan also seems to have gone wrong as the book appears not to have seen the light of day. In excellent condition.
