4to [33x27cm]. engraved frontispiece and 29 other engraved plates. frontispiece quite heavily foxed, a little foxing and off-set elsewhere, but generally in very good clean and fresh condition. in a 19-century half calf binding, with light rubbing. front free end-paper and following blank leaf creased. The quality of the steel engraving is superb. From the library of William Love of Lochwinnoch, with copious relevant marginalia.
