Titles in red and black, 24 engraved plates by Grignion after Hayman. Bookplate of R.S. Tomlin to front paste-downs Minor abrasion to head of first volume, overall a particularly good set with clean and fresh contents in appropriate attractive bindings. This edition not in ESTC. A reprint of Warburton's edition of 1751 with revisions to the notes but the text on the whole as before.
