[Literature] LEATHER-BOUND COMPLETE WORKS. Complete in 12 volumes. Octavo (22 x 15 x 36cm) Portrait frontispiece to volume I. Contemporary dark green full marbled calf, with gilt titles to black labels, gilt decoration to spines, and gilt roll tooling to board margins. All edges and endpapers marbled. Plain bookplates of Mr. James Clifford and Wilmer Harris to front pastedown of each volume. Moderate spotting throughout, with additional browning to leaves facing frontispiece. Leather dried out and flaking; joints starting, but still firm. Good.
