Terms of sale
All prices are net. Presently we can accept only checks and U.S. postal money orders. Please make checks and money orders payable to a cool of books. Postage is $15.00 (for Priority Mail). For a second book, please add another $5.00. Three or more books and we will ship free to you. New York State residents must please add 8.625% sales tax. Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
