Original vintage motorsport poster for the Ford GT MK 2 featuring a great side profile illustration of a yellow Ford GT MK II car marked with P2 on the door. Manufactured from 1964-1969, the Ford GT40 is an American high-performance endurance racing car designed by Ron Bradshaw for the Ford Motor Company (founded 1903) to compete against Ferrari in long distance sports car races; the GT40 succeeded in beating Ferrari, winning the annual 24 Heures du Mans / 24 Hours of Le Mans races from 1966-1969. Horizontal. Large size. Fair condition, staining, foxing, restored creasing, restored paper losses, repaired tears, backed on linen. Size: 61.5x152cm.
