Litho Titled: Part of the Hall of Columns at Karnak - Thebes David Roberts. R.A. L Haghe lith. Original tinted half-page lithograph, published in 1847. Sheet 598*416 mm, Image 354*256 mm, some marginal spotting, tiny pinhole to 2 corners. Abbey Travel 272.56. The drawings and water colours from this sketching tour by David Roberts of the Holy Land and Egypt were collated together into folios and released over a seven year period between 1842 and 1849 by the publisher F.G. Moon from 20 Threadneedle Street London. Louis Haghe (the Belgian lithographer and friend of Roberts) oversaw and produced all of the lithographs for this series.

Buyer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees required by recipient's country.
Everything is returnable if not as described and notice is given promptly on receipt of the goods. However this does not mean that automatically goods are sent out on approval. Any return is entirely the responsibility of the returnee, and the Post Office is the preferred carrier.
Any item to be returned should be done so within 14 days of receipt, postage will be paid.
Any item to be returned, should be sent to: PM Elliott, Clogwyn Haul, Betws y Coed, Conwy, LL24 0BL. An Email to paddy@madocbooks.com should be sent beforehand warning of the arrival.
Our bank account details can be supplied to purchasers. Mastercard, Visa, Solo & Maestro can be accepted for most transactions. UK Sterling checks are welcome, however time must be allowed for the check to clear, before the book can be sent.
Payment can be accepted in currencies other than Sterling but please ask beforehand to agree upon a suitable conversion rate.

Shipping terms
We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail, or carrier. Orders are usually shipped within 2 or 3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized or a multiple in books we will contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Insurance costs are usually dictated by the shippers, should they be higher than normal, then we will contact you for your acceptance.
