Medium: Oil Thisis an original oil painting on what appears to be canvas board (behind glass - there is some reflection in pictures only) by Australian Aboriginal artist Blacky Mbitjana. The visible board painting isapproximately11 3/4x9 3/4inches while the framed piece is approximately 11 3/4 x9 3/4 inches.It is in excellent condition as pictured. There is some black pigment on the white on the middle of the torso and lower body as pictured on the last picture and it is unclear if intentional or not. This artist wasfeatured at an Australian exhibition at the Doncaster Gallery: Outback Australian art, September 22 to October 9, 1994 (one sheet press release + 2 page catalogue price list). Artists were Amy Gunawarri, Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Blacky Mbitjana, Jaxon Gittins, Eddie Blitner, Reg Pengarte, Clifford Possum, Lindsay Bird, Brogus Tjapanardi, Long Jack Phillipus, Michelle Price, Eunice Napangardi, Epana Namatjira, Oscar Malangi, Ruby Malangi, Sam Urrungurra, Bolda Hunter, Janice Nungala.
