Hard Cover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. This book is almost like new. The only distinguishing marks it has from a brand new book are the slight discoloration on the front cover and the stamps on the inside. It's hardly noticeable; only when one turns it this way and that can one tell that there is any grease since there's so little of it. There is a stamp which reads, "surplus, duplicate" on the front endpaper and an identical one at the table of contents. Two other stamps which read, "cleared Mar-6 1962" and "ABP gift publisher" are on the page facing the table of contents. The jacket is fully intact with a little tearing at the top of the spine. It's a slate blue with navy print. The title and author are on the front and spine. The back features a table of contents. This book compiled as a celebration of the centennial of Turner's birth. Burnette collected eleven essays on Turner and his thesis, mostly from back issues of the "Wisconsin Magazine of History." Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
Softcover. Condition: Very Good-. 64 pp. Bibliography. Edgewear, corners rubbed. An annotated translation of a section from the Great Soviet Encyclopedia. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
