Front hinge weakened, several pages with short edge tears, markings on back of one plate only, two of 18 plates loose with wear to edges, no foxing.

Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text, delightful black & white vignettes and 2 colour plates per volume bright and clear throughout. Photographs available.
