In good minus pictorial boards, with colour image of pilot and part of plane to front and with brown cloth spine and black titles. The boards are flat and quite firm, edges very worn and spine ends and corners bumped and frayed. The end papers feature olive green repeat of planes and are only lightly marked. The text block is illustrated with "eight colour plates and about 250 illustrations" (black and white and sepia). The pages are level and fairly tight and hardly marked. Good plus condition. Overall condition of beards and pages is good. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
