Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Crinkling to pages at gutters. Pages detached but still present from Page vii - xii. Hinges are cracked with netting exposed. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning. Occasional foxing. Minor dog eared corners. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Gilt lettering is darkened slightly. Splits to spine ends with fraying to cloth. Book has a slight forward lean. Price sticker to back.

Binding and hinges tight, in blue cloth, partial loss to paper spine label.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. In a green and black marbled hardcovers with a black cloth back, with black titles on a gilt label on spine. With 52 engravings and 335 pages. Book is good. There is some light scattered foxing and some marking to the bottom foredges of the last few pages which does not affect the text. The flap and half-title pages are not present and there is a previous owners name on the front pastedown. The front hinge is a little shaky but the binding is sound.
