En outre, l'étude a permis d'estimer les niveaux sériques de Malondialdéhyde (MDA), lacapacité totale des antioxydants (TAC) et le statut total des oxydants (TOS) et de découvrir une relation possible entre ces marqueurs et d'autres paramètres également estimés tels que l'IMC, le FBS et les profils lipidiques.
