    Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Hardcover. A handsome French volume with reminiscences and photographs of a number of famous artists. They include Braque, Buffet, Calder, Chagall, Dali, Dufy, Giacometti, Matisse, Minaux, Miro, Picasso, Utrillo and many more. With reproductions in offset of lithographs by the various artists. The dust jacket is an original lithograph by André Minaux that was created for this cover. Bound in gray cloth with gilt title to spine. The jacket's lithograph is a multicolored portrait of a woman with a yellow spine. The clear mylar (?) cover includes the title and names of the included artists. Inscribed by the editor Mazo and an unidentified person to Baltimore art dealer Ernest Lowenstein. In near fine condition. Measures 8.5 x 11 inches. 281 pages. ART/072022.
