Handschrift Programm demokratische Zeitung Zürich 1849 --- Interessante Handschrift über eine geplante, aber offenbar nie erschienene demokratische Zeitschrift, geplant von A.C. Wiesner (* 1824 in Klagenfurt) und Bernhard Stein (* um 1806) aus Berlin, der 1868 als Redakteur der Königsberger Neuen Zeitung wegen mehrerer aufrührerischer Artikel angeklagt wurde --- "Programm der mit 1. Oktober 1849 in der Verlags Expedition in Zürich erscheinenden Demokratischen Emigration'." --- Enthält in Abschrift das Programm (Beginn: "Die Demokratie ist besiegt, durch die rohe Gewalt der ???; eine gottbegnadete Minderheit beherrscht jetzt Deutschland mit eiserner Faust"), die Bedingungen der Pränumeration sowie ein Brief des Redakteurs A.C. Wiesner und einen Freund namens Brenner in St. Peter bei Klagenfurt. Laut einer Schlussbemerkung des k.k. Militär-Gerichts Klagenfurt vom 25. November 1849 (ebenfalls in Abschrift vorliegend) wurden die Abschriften von gedruckten und geschriebenen Vorlagen gemacht; sicherlich lag das Programm als gedrucktes Flugblatt vor. --- In zeitgenössischen Zeitungen berichtet z.B. die Neue Salzburger Zeitung von der geplanten Gründung dieses Blattes zur "Vertretung der reinen demokratischen Interessen" (Ausgabe vom 26. Oktober 1849, S. 830.) Zürich 1849 Deutsche Handschrift auf Papier, 3 von 4 Seiten beschrieben (36 x 23,3 cm). --- Zustand: Vorliegend in zeitgenössischer Abschrift; Papier leicht gebräunt, Dokument gefaltet. Mit ungarischem Sammlerstempel. Über den Redakteur Alois Carl Wiesner (Quelle: BLKÖ): Wiesner, A. C. (Schriftsteller, geb. zu Klagenfurt in Kärnthen am 15. October 1824). Deutsche Quellen versagen uns fast alle Nachweise über diesen Schriftsteller, welcher nicht selten mit seinem politischen Gesinnungsgenossen Adolf Wiesner verwechselt wird. Wir überlassen daher die Verantwortlichkeit für unsere Mittheilungen dem in den Quellen genannten Herrn De Gubernatis, der über alle Männer, die Oesterreich feindlich gegenüberstanden oder stehen, welchem Stamme sie auch angehören mögen, ziemlich genau Bescheid weiß. A. C. Wiesner erhielt seine erste Ausbildung in den Schulen seiner Vaterstadt Klagenfurt, dann kam er in eine Militärakademie zu Wien - welche, gibt unsere Quelle nicht näher an. Daselbst wurde er im Alter von zwanzig Jahren, also 1844, Officier. Wir glauben kaum fehl zu gehen, wenn wir in dem Alois Wiesner, welcher 1843 als Cadet in dem Infanterie-Regimente Freiherr Prohaska von Guelphenburg, das seinen Werbbezirk und seinen Stab damals, wie heute noch, in Klagenfurt hatte, unseren A. C. Wiesner erkennen. Damals schon, berichtet unsere Quelle, arbeitete derselbe heimlich in deutschen Journalen mit, welche eben in der vormärzlichen Zeit ihre Spalten aufstrebenden Talenten öffneten, so im Telegraph für Deutschland" von Gutzkow, im Komet" von Herloßsohn, im Charivari" von E. M. Oettinger, im Humorist" von M. G. Saphir u. a. Kurz vor 1848 stand das Regiment, in welchem er diente, in Galizien, und dort heiratete er das Fräulein Sokolowska Chlewiska, das einer kleinrussischen Adelsfamilie entstammte. Als die Bewegung des Jahres 1848 ausbrach, nahm er seine Entlassung aus dem Regimente und kehrte in sein Vaterland Kärnthen zurück. Nun fährt De Gubernatis fort: Für den Antheil, den er an der Erhebung Wiens, am Feldzuge im Großherzogthum Baden, an jenem in Schleswig-Holstein genommen, schwebte er in großen Gefahren und war gezwungen auszuwandern, und zwar zunächst in die Schweiz, dann nach Paris, wo er an verschiedenen französischen und deutschen Blättern mitarbeitete. Einige Zeit brachte er in London zu. Dann segelte er nach Amerika, welches er nach dem Norden und Süden durchstreifte. Nach Europa zurückgekehrt und nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris und England besuchte er Spanien, Italien, Africa, den Orient und einen großen Theil von Rußland. Wiesner spricht außer der deutschen Sprache die französische, italienische, englische, spanische, polnische und serbische." Im Jahre 1861 finden wir ihn in Genua, wo er die Italienische Correspondenz" redigirte und am 17. Februar 1862 von der italienischen Regierung, wie er in einem Eingesendet" in der Triester Zeitung" behauptet, allen Landes- und internationalen Gesetzen entgegen, verhaftet wurde. Als Grund dieser Verhaftung gibt er an, daß man ihm gewisse auf völlig rechtmäßigem und legalem Wege erlangte politische Documente und Papiere von hoher Wichtigkeit entreißen wollte, was aber der Genueser Polizei, trotz aller angewandten Mittel, nicht gelungen sei. Auch machten die Journale des Jahres 1861 Erwähnung von Duellen, welche er in Italien zu bestehen hatte, eines mit einem garibaldischen Officier, Rossi, und ein anderes mit einem Ungarn und Adjutanten Türr's, Namens Gyru, in welchen beiden er seine Gegner verwundete. Ueber das Verhalten Wiesner's in Italien schreibt aus Anlaß seiner Verhaftung die sonst unbefangene Triester Zeitung", daß dasselbe durchaus nicht zu Wiesner's Gunsten spreche. Uebrigens entwickelte er auch auf schriftstellerischem Gebiete eine fruchtbare agitatorische Thätigkeit und hat folgende Schriften herausgegeben: Militärisches Tagebuch aus Baden" (Zürich 1849, Verlagsexpedition, gr. 8°.); - Psalmen eines Verbannten". 1.
