There is some pencil underlining on a few pages, nothing excessive. Corners are sharp, binding is tight. Light signs of use/age along the edges. Pasted to the read fixed end page is a packet with a card visualizing "The Commanding Presence" and a folded sheet showing the "Divine Beings, Offices and Activities of the Spiritual Hierachy" on one side with thumbnail explanations of the listings.
