Hardcover. Condition: Fine. First Edition. A firm straight unmarked book, 360 pages. Dust jacket has very slight edge wear. Just out of long-term storage, appears unread.

Book in good condition. Some light tanning on outside page edges. Inscription on half-title page. Pages are clean and binding firm. Cover in very good condition, but has a small mark halfway down spine. Dust jacket has moderate marks/scuffing, and small bumps/tears at edges. History of the Victorian Riverina township of Leeton, birthplace of the Australian rice industry. Published by the Rotary Club of Leeton, supported by Leeton Soldier's Club. Includes B&W plates. Also includes loosely inserted brochures and hand written letter to a previous owner.
